Fumane ,Thabiso,Masechaba and Tshepo were given a task of preparing a session on Handball and only one person was familiar with the sport and he was not going to be the powerhouse since they know the sport. Why? Because we wanted to show that sports have a link (some exercises can be used on a different sporting code from a particular sport.)
They are at Entokozweni Community Centre and they are planning a training program. At Blitz we do things in advance since we got the Swedish training and it works wonders because we are always prepared.
This guys we have given education on how to plan,prepare and how to work as a team.
As a team they can accomplish our goal .
They were dealing with boys and girls between the ages of 8-12 years old and they needed to prepare their training according to their age.
